Installation & Maintenance
Lebanon
Fitting the system is the easy part. We install to the manufacturer's specification, then keep your fire, solar, and security equipment working with yearly maintenance visits and priority callouts when something goes wrong.
Installed Properly, Then Looked After
For us, handover is the start of the job rather than the end of it. Every project is installed to the manufacturer's specification by our own certified team, and you get the full commissioning paperwork when we finish.
After that, an Annual Maintenance Contract covers scheduled preventive visits, replacement parts, priority emergency callouts, and the compliance paperwork you need to keep your certification current.

Frequently Asked Questions
How our contracts work: response times, visit schedules, spare parts and what's covered.
A maintenance contract covers scheduled preventive visits, full system testing and certification, replacement of parts that wear out, priority response for emergency callouts, and a written report after each visit. You can take it on fire suppression, solar, or security separately, or on all of them as one contract for the site.
Contract clients get priority. For life-safety equipment like fire suppression we take callouts well outside normal business hours, and the response time we guarantee is written into your contract, so you know exactly what to expect when you report a fault.
Yes. We take over the maintenance of systems installed by other contractors after an initial condition survey. Our engineers check the current state, document every component, list anything that falls short, and propose a maintenance programme that brings the system back up to standard.
Yes. Every field technician we send is trained and certified on the specific brands and technology they work on. We keep the team on manufacturer training courses, so whoever turns up knows the equipment in front of them.
Pricing depends on the type and size of the systems you have, how many visits a year you want, and where the site is. We quote each contract after reviewing your equipment, and one combined contract covering fire, solar, and security usually costs less than three separate ones. You get a clear, itemised proposal before you commit.
Yes. Every installation we do is covered by a workmanship warranty, and the equipment carries its own manufacturer warranty. The specific terms for your project are stated on your quotation, and a maintenance contract keeps the systems serviced so those warranties stay valid.
We are based in Beirut and work across Lebanon: Mount Lebanon, the North, the South, and the Bekaa. For maintenance and emergency callouts outside Greater Beirut, we agree the response times and any travel arrangements in your contract before you sign.
